| Today, members of the Lake Carmel Fire Department had the pleasure of visiting Kid's Cottage for a fun-filled day of fire prevention education! 👩🚒👨🚒
Our firefighters spent time with the children teaching them about fire safety, showing off our fire apparatus, and giving them an opportunity to see what firefighters do to keep our community safe! 🚒❤️
One of the most important parts of fire prevention is helping children become familiar with firefighters and their equipment so they know we're there to help in an emergency!
From big smiles to little firefighters trying on helmets, it was a wonderful experience for everyone involved! 🧑🚒
❤️ A huge THANK YOU to Kid's Cottage for inviting us to spend time with your amazing little learners! We love having the opportunity to connect with the youngest members of our community and help build a foundation of fire safety that will last a lifetime.
🔥 Fire prevention starts with education, and you're never too young to learn how to stay safe!
